LBH is aware of recent media reporting in which references have been made to LBH and to persons said to be associated with it.
For clarity, no person named in those news reports is now, nor has ever been, a shareholder or director of LBH ACCOUNTANTS PTY LTD.
The matters referred to in the media do not concern the ownership, management or operations of LBH. They relate to the alleged private dealings of a contractor to LBH and not to LBH itself.
LBH continues to operate as normal and remains fully committed to its clients and ongoing service delivery.
LBH has taken reasonable steps to protect the interests of its clients and does not consider client services or client affairs to be affected by the matters currently being reported.
